The Portuguese Free Software Contest is organized by the Computer Science Association of University of Évora (NEEI), in collaboration with several personalities in the free software world.
It's major goals are the promotion of the free software in Portugal and the interworking (knowledge and experience sharing) between the Portuguese community of developers who embrace the free software philosophy.
It's is a great initiative, and hopefully it is just the beginning.
